3.How exactly does the forex robot work?

Ans:   This is a highly technical question and so you can skip the answer since it is not relevant for most retail or institutional level investor and traders. Basically, we use “Artificial Intelligence(AI)” or “Machine Learning” algo inside our forex robot by which it will continue to learn and evolve it’s entry conditions over time irrespective of whether market conditions change or not. We call this robot as “Artificial General Intelligence(AGI)” whose ultimate goal is to maximize the profits and to minimize the losses or drawdown % as much as possible and as quickly as possible while simultaneously working with as many currency pairs as possible and it’s goal is to reach to a super human level trader or otherwise can be called “Artificial Super Intelligence(ASI)”. Even though we don’t have any partnership with any AI companies as such however, we have been closely following the top AI companies like “DeepMind” and “OpenAI” and so on. Many concepts used in our MT4 robot is extracted from the white paper of latest AI model of  DeepMind named as “MuZero” which can master all games without any rules. 5.What monthly % return can I get from the EA?

​

Ans:  The average monthly % return is  dependent on many factors like risk % used per trade, the type of settings used, forex broker , account type etc. For a good quality forex broker, it can generate around 100% per month on average with drawdown % of around 10% to 20% considering a trading period of 6 months minimum. The higher the risk % you will use in the robot, the higher will be the monthly % return and higher can be the drawdown % as well. Also, the robot automatically reduces the lot sizes if it will start loosing irrespective of whatever risk you have used in the settings and so the monthly % return can vary from month to month.

Ans: We don’t have any partnership with any forex broker. So we welcome clients from all brokers. However, it is important to know that our forex robot uses high frequency trading algo and hence, having good spread is important to make good profit. 10.Which currency pairs does the robot trade?

Ans: Our robot can trade with as high as 28 currency pairs . But we have limited it to 8 major currency pairs for selling purpose to EA users since more currency pairs will complicate the account balance for a regular EA user. ​11.Can I get investor logins of one of your REAL Account for verification?

Ans: NO. We are strictly against it and so we have hidden all the trade history of all our accounts in myfxbook as well.  We try all possible ways to protect our intellectual property so that other EA sellers and marketers don’t get any chance to duplicate our EA or resell or rebrand it. So even while selling the EA, we properly study the EA buyer whom we are selling the EA before receiving the payment and selling the EA. So obviously, we don’t disclose confidential private data like trade history to unknown public.

12.Will I get the same performance in my MT4 account if I buy and run the EA in my VPS?

Ans:  It is important to note that the EA is based on AI(Artificial Intelligence) and hence, unlike other EAs sold in the market our EA doesn’t use any specific trade entry signal for BUY or SELL trade entries. The EA trades independently in each MT4 account based on past MT4 trading history . So the trading performance in each MT4 account can be similar to each other, but each individual trades will not be same between two accounts even while using same broker, same VPS and same settings of the EA. For now, we have tried to fix most of the profitable settings in the EA so that except a few values most of the important values required for trade entry will remain same while EA is trading, however, still the EA performance can be slightly different between account to account since after a couple of losses the EA will start changing the entry conditions automatically. Also, it is noticed that many times the EA performance in our clients MT4 accounts are usually much better than our own accounts published in myfxbook.

13.Do you have any refund policy?

Ans: Note that we are very much confident on the performance of our EA and so we provide all possible help to the EA user to make profit, but we don’t provide any guarantee on future performance of our EA what other EA sellers offer. So we don’t offer any refund policy and all payments are final. Note that we may not sell the EA to everyone whoever contacts us since we have released only limited copies of the EA available for public selling. So if anyone contacts us before making the payment, then our sales team may carefully analyze the communication with the buyer before accepting the payment and so if we don’t want to sell the EA to someone, then most likely we will not accept the payment at first place. So our sales team may not reply to purchase requests of such persons if we don’t want to sell . 15.The EA price is little high for me. Can I get a discount on EA price?

Ans: Note that it is nearly impossible to develop an AI based highly profitable EA on MT4 platform by any regular programmer and if someone develops it, then he will not sell it for few hundred dollars. Just to program and train an AI based EA can cost thousands of dollars. You are getting a lifetime license for the robot with such a low cost. But still if you feel the price is high for you, then you can contact our support and ask for a discount and our support may consider to provide you a small percentage of discount depending on when you are making the payment and if our sales team wants to provide the discount based on that. This will be a customized small discount on the product price from the offer price of the EA at any given time. 17.What will I get after the payment?

Ans: You will get the EA file as shown in the below screenshot or above videos along with a bunch of set files. You can’t read or understand anything from the MT4 screen since we have completely encrypted all the EA variables and input settings as well so that no one can understand anything. We will give only few explanations to the EA buyer which are necessary for the EA usage.
